• live sessions with me, 1.5 hours every two weeks
• a chat with me and the other members
• home workouts - flatten your belly, build a better butt

For the most active: I answer questions in the chat, review your meals and keep an eye on your progress.

When it starts

The studio opens on 24 August. Your paid term counts from that date - the wait is not part of it, so buying early costs you nothing.
